Morning exercises

Today during morning exercises we learned how to do some yoga stretches to wake up our minds and bodies. Then Kong Shanshan taught us the words good, very good, bad, dance, eat, right, left, fast and slow. We learned these words by dancing, pretending to eat and practicing tai chi. It was a refreshing way to wake up. After morning exercises we went to breakfast where the Kunming cabin taught us how to say everything we ate by pretending to be Batmen flying around with the food to each table.
